Dr. Edward Sri to give Keynote at CMN Breakfast on Thursday Morning

Sponsored by Ignatius Press, the annual CMN breakfast will take place Thursday morning, July 20, 2017 and feature the popular and inspirational speaker Dr. Edward Sri. Dr. Sri is a theologian, author and well-known Catholic speaker who appears regularly on the global Catholic TV network, EWTN.  He is a founding leader with Curtis Martin of FOCUS (Fellowship of Catholic University Students) and serves as a professor of theology and Vice-President of Mission and Outreach at the Augustine Institute in Denver, Colorado.  Dr. Sri has written several Catholic best-selling books and his most recent books are Love Unveiled: The Catholic Faith Explained and Who Am I to Judge both published by Ignatius Press.

Daniel Mattson
Daniel Mattson lives in the midwest, where he has a career in the arts. He takes great interest in the Church’s teaching on homosexuality and from time to time, he is invited to give his personal testimony to groups around the country. He is the author of Why I Don’t Call Myself Gay, published by Ignatius Press. He blogs under a pseudonym at  LettersToChristopher.wordpress.com.

Father Donald Calloway, MIC
Fr. Donald Calloway, a convert to Catholicism, is a member of the Congregation of Marians of the Immaculate Conception.  Before his conversion to Catholicism, he was a high school dropout who had been kicked out of a foreign country, institutionalized twice, and thrown into jail multiple times.  After his radical conversion, he earned a B.A. in Philosophy and Theology, from the Franciscan University of Steubenville, Ohio, M.Div and S.T.B. degrees from the Dominican House of Studies in Washington D.C., and a S.T.L. in Mariology from the International Marian Research Institute in Dayton, OH.  Fr. Calloway is the author of many bestselling books, including Under the Mantle: Marian Thoughts from a 21st Century Priest.  His autobiography, No Turning Back: A Witness to Mercy, recounts his dramatic conversion story.  He is also the author of the book Purest of All Lilies: The Virgin Mary in the Spirituality of Saint Faustina.  Further, he has written many academic articles and is the editor of two books: The Immaculate Conception in the Life of the Church and The Virgin Mary and Theology of the Body. Father Calloway is a Vicar Provincial for the Mother Mercy Province and the Vocation Director for the Marians.
