Maria Jacobs is an internationally recognized Christian recording artist, author, speaker, licensed music educator and Vocal Jazz Professor at Kent State University. Her ministry is rooted in sharing the hope and healing found in Jesus Christ. After a profound journey through bipolar disorder and into remission, Maria dedicated her life to encouraging others through faith, music, and her personal testimony, which is featured as the inaugural story that launched the Daily Miracle Series on the Hallow app. 

Maria is a member of the Catholic Writer's Guild, Catholic Marketing Network and she is a mentor for the Catholic Youth Organization.
